Yes, the option to change the color is only available for selected products where the color change option is provided. If a product does not offer this option, unfortunately, it is not available in that case. What materials are your products made of?

We strive to use various types of leather. Most commonly, we use calf leather with thickness ranging from 2mm to 5mm. We also introduce new variants of leather that will gradually become available in our assortment.

Can I personalize a product according to my own preferences?

Yes, each order is treated individually and offers the option for personalization. When selecting a product, the customer has the opportunity to customize the design according to their preferences. If you don't find a satisfying option, you also have the possibility to submit your own design through the contact form.

What materials are your products made of?

Our products are made from high-quality vegetable-tanned leather. Depending on the product's construction, we also use wax-coated polyester threads, ensuring incredible durability. Additionally, in some configurations, we incorporate metal parts as needed.

Yes, the leather and the coating applied to it should make the products water-resistant. However, after extended use, the leather may absorb a small amount of water.

Yes, it is possible to order products in custom colors, but it depends on the availability of leather colors or leather accessories. Is it possible to exchange or return a product?

No, due to the custom tailoring of each order, the product is not eligible for exchange. However, in the case of a defective product covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we offer the possibility of a complaint for damages or material deficiencies.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, as the manufacturer, we provide a manufacturer's warranty for each of our products.

Is it possible to change or cancel an order after it has been placed?

Yes, it is possible, but we kindly ask for prompt contact with us via email at duchbdsm@gmail.com or through the contact form. Since the processing time for orders begins 24 hours after the order is placed, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible in such a case.

What is your approach to handling complaints?

We handle complaints based on the manufacturer's warranty, which means we commit to repairing or replacing the defective product in accordance with the warranty terms.

What are the recommendations for storing the products?

To maintain the full functionality of the products, we recommend keeping them clean and avoiding exposure to heated surfaces or direct sunlight, as this can cause cracking or weakening of the product.

Do you provide user instructions for the products?

No, we do not provide user instructions for our products. We believe that customers who order these types of products have knowledge about their proper use.
